We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Thats why weve created a straightforward and customer-friendly return and exchange process.

 

30-Night Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund. We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase, and this window gives you time to try things out risk-free.

 

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

          Be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and free of damage

          Include all original components

          Be returned in the original packaging

Items showing signs of wear may only be eligible for a partial refund or store credit and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of $30 may apply.

Clear photos may be required to confirm the items condition before approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of purchase. Orders cancelled after this period may be subject to a $30 restocking fee. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Non-Returnable Items

          Gift cards
Unless the product is received damaged, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Promotions & Bundles

          Only one promotional/free item per order, while supplies last

          Promotional terms may change without prior notice

          If returning a promotional bundle, all items — including any gifted items — must be included. If a gifted item is missing, its full value will be deducted from the refund

          No price adjustments or retroactive discounts will be applied for past promotions

 

Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

          Shipping charges and protection fees are non-refundable

          Price-matching is not offered

          Used items returned after 14 days may only qualify for store credit

 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items, its best to document the issue with a photo or video and report it as soon as possible.

 

Delivery & Address Errors
Once an order has shipped, delivery address changes are not possible. We recommend double-checking shipping details before placing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, the responsibility lies with the recipient. In cases of theft or misplacement after delivery is confirmed, replacement or refunds are not guaranteed. A fee may apply if a reshipment is approved.
